Position Summary

The School of Law seeks a detail-oriented, customer-service focused, energetic Admissions Associate to join our Admissions team. The successful candidate will have a professional and friendly demeanor, a strong work ethic, a commitment to teamwork, and the ability to provide courteous and helpful service even during the busiest Admissions cycles. Duties include: Organize and process admissions applications and documents including the review of applications to determine completeness.  Maintain academic records, evaluate transcripts, advise potential students on admissions requirements via the phone and email.  Disseminate pertinent information in accordance with FERPA. Run reports/letters and maintain contact with various constituencies.  Able to speak with students and their families regarding the law school and the educational opportunities offered.

Conditions of Employment
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications Proficient in Banner, Chrome River, MS Office, Word/Excel, strong knowledge and ability to work with databases, understanding of FERPA regulations.
