The Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at the University of New Mexico (UNM) Health Sciences Center is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join our expanding team. This recruitment is open to candidates at any rank and track, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing department within a renowned academic institution.
The successful candidate will have completed an accredited ophthalmology residency program and will be expected to develop a thriving clinical practice within the UNM Hospital Eye Clinic. This role includes shared responsibilities for on-call duties and active participation in the education of medical students and residents. We are seeking individuals with a strong commitment to clinical excellence, education, and research within an academic setting.
