Plans and coordinates the day-to-day fiscal, administrative, and operational activities of an academic unit. Coordinates the recruitment, intake, and provision of administrative services to students; oversees scheduling, and provides associated support services to faculty and staff. Duties typically include planning and administration, fiscal management and control, program implementation and administration, internal and external operational/administrative outreach and reporting.
The successful candidate will be responsible to organize meetings and events for Students and Faculty for the Doctor and Physical Therapy program. They will be asked to assist in special events, scheduling, ordering supplies, taking meeting minutes and management of social media accounts for the division. The individual may be required to configure and manage databases, compile and prepare reports for internal leadership and external agencies. This position works closely with program faculty, staff and students to meet the needs of the program.

High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
