Key Responsibilities Maintenance and Repair: Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on plumbing components such as toilets, faucets, and drains, as well as more complex systems like heat exchangers and steam valves. Installation: Install, repair, or replace domestic hot and cold water lines, pumps, and backflow prevention devices.
System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues in steam, water, and gas utility distribution systems.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure the safe and efficient use of tools and equipment, adhering to safety protocols and New Mexico plumbing codes.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to workplace safety and environmental practices by promoting and adhering to best practices in plumbing maintenance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
