UNM’s Facilities Management Department (FM) is looking to hire a skilled Electrician 2 to join one of 4 areas within the Facilities Maintenance Division. The qualified candidate will independently perform corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance repairs on a wide variety of electrical components and systems. Maintain documentation of work conducted. Ability to read blueprints, understand, follow policies and procedures, demonstrate respect, communication, teamwork, and professionalism to successfully complete projects in a safe and timely manner.

High school diploma or GED; at least 4 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Possession of a current New Mexico Journeyman Electrician's License,
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
