What You'll Do:
Lead and Inspire: Supervise a talented team, guiding their development through hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Innovate and Coordinate: Oversee the design and planning of advanced metering systems and control mechanisms that power our university.
Ensure Excellence: Conduct quality assurance inspections to uphold our institutional standards and ensure compliance with all regulations.
Manage Resources: Organize and maintain an inventory of tools and test equipment, ensuring everything is in top shape for peak performance.
Collaborate and Supervise: Work with contractors to schedule maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility while promoting cutting-edge maintenance management systems.
Who You Are?
You are skilled in designing, installing, and maintaining various control systems, with strong knowledge of inventory control and maintenance principles.
You communicate effectively, can analyze technical operations, and are able to work in elevated locations.

High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Certification/Licensure State of New Mexico CID Electrical specialty (ES3J) Journeyman's License; Technical certification in Instrumentation and/or Controls Systems or related field.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
