The UNM Gallup Native American Student Success Center is seeking an experienced and dedicated full-time Administrative Assistant 2. This position requires the employee to perform a variety of administrative and staff support duties that involve a range of skills and knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting and directing visitors, resolving administrative problems and inquiries. The Administrative Assistant also composes, edits, and proofreads correspondence and reports, with the ability to professionally prepare a range of administrative documents. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
