Position Summary:
The UNM Division of Information Technologies is seeking candidates for a Technical Analyst 3 position. The successful candidate will join a high caliber team of professionals in the Information Technologies department on the IT Applications team. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Analyst 3 to take ownership of maintaining and improving the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, manage relationships between configuration items (CIs), and support IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. This position is critical to the effective management and maintenance of the CMDB, which serves as the foundation for ITSM processes and the accuracy of IT infrastructure records. Additionally, this role will enable efficient operations, improve troubleshooting capabilities, and support strategic decision-making within the IT organization.

Bachelor's degree; at least 2 years of progressively responsible experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution and/or experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified may be interchangeable on a year-for-year basis.
