The department of surgery is seeking a clinic coordinator for our ENT Division. This position schedules and coordinates patient and attending appointments. Collects and maintains medical records, coordinates acquisition and disposition of facilities maintenance requests from faculty. Maintains fiscal/administrative controls and documentation such as medical license renewals for DEA , NM Medical License, Board of Pharmacy keeping up to day without expiring, re-credentialing processes and secretarial support for the Faculty and Medical Support Staff. Will work closely with clinic and faculty for medical records and preparation for patient prior to arrival in clinic. Will coordinate and organize out of state travel for faculty members to attend conferences/seminars/classes etc. flight, hotel will need to be arranged along with reimbursement processes. This position will input the call schedule for faculty in TigerConnect and upkeep with Faculty Success.

High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
