The School of Medicine (SOM) Finance Office is looking for an analyst to compile and analyze financial information consistent with our annual reporting cycle. The candidate must demonstrate data management and reporting skills utilizing multiple financial systems to meet reporting parameters. They will work collaboratively with our partner organizations to quantify, analyze, and finalize reporting. Ad-hoc reporting as needed. This position will be responsible for data extraction from various reporting systems and platforms for institutional reporting requirements, including, various ad-hoc reports that are requested outside of the annual reporting cycles. In addition, the qualified candidate should be able to demonstrate advanced knowledge and experience in the ability to integrate information from various data platforms such as Excel, Access, and general ledger systems.

Bachelor's degree; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
a. MBA or equivalent in related field.
b. Experience reporting complex data sets from multiple source data systems.
c. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing reporting utilizing various reporting platforms.
d. Experience in evaluation, design, and the implementation of reporting processes and systems.
