The Office of the Provost and EVP for Academic Affairs is a complex, multi-faceted unit which is responsible for all aspects of the academic mission, including research, instruction and academic personnel. The Academic Affairs Fiscal Shared Service Center serves schools, colleges, and vice president units on all fiscal matters, which include account reconciliation, budget planning, fiscal analysis, developing multi-year forecasts, purchasing, fiscal transactional processing and strategic planning. Our office is seeking a Fiscal Services Techs that enjoys a fast paced, challenging work environment with the willingness to learn. The primary duties and responsibilities for this position include:
This individual must demonstrate excellent customer service skills and have the ability to provide support to the current fiscal staff in the service center and the units the center serves. This individual should have experience working in an academic unit setting and be familiar with UNM fiscal policies and procedures. This position will report to a senior fiscal staff of the service center and will work closely with all the fiscal staff in the center, academic leadership and administrators in various units across campus.

High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
