The University Of New Mexico College of Nursing (CON) is seeking an Administrative Services Supervisor to create and/or delegate scheduling, completing and submitting travel/conference documentation, communicating with students, faculty, and keeping organized records. The Administrative Services Supervisor will work closely with the Associate and Assistant Deans, the Director of Human Resources and Administrative Operations, and the Administrative Officer to coordinate, oversee, and perform a wide variety of administrative activities. Supports the coordination of internal and external guests of the College of Nursing. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple tasks and projects with professionalism and positivity. This position supervises three Administrative Assistants who support Undergraduate Faculty, Professional Graduate Faculty, and Tenured Faculty. Responsibilities include the coordination, documentation, and storage of meeting minutes for all faculty elected committees and program specific meetings. Lastly, plan organize and coordinate the execution of complex course adoption materials and gathering syllabi and course reports.
