The UNM Gallup Branch, Facilities Maintenance Department, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Facilities Coordinator. The Facilities Coordinator provides facilities management and support services for the UNM Gallup Branch. Ensures the continuity and smooth daily operations of facility by coordinating maintenance, logistics and the activities of internal departments and external vendors. Maintains department files and records. Performs and oversees clerical, marketing, and/or day-to-day public liaison functions associated with the branch. This position follows a standard 40-hour workweek, Monday thru Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
