The UNM Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences is seeking an experienced Faculty Services Rep, a team player demonstrating a keen eye for detail, who is very organized and personable. The Faculty Service Rep is responsible for administering, developing, and managing programs that support faculty endeavors within the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences. Responsibilities include faculty hiring, contracting, promotion and tenure, leave and retirement, as well as handling sensitive inquiries and human resource functions. They will administer all aspects of faculty recruitment, onboarding, orientation, contract processing, credentialing, evaluations, and the generation of new and revised contracts. Position will provide advice and guidance to faculty and administrative staff on a wide range of faculty hiring and faculty HR matters. Job duties to include:

High school diploma or GED; at least 6 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
