The Division of Enrollment Management is seeking a highly motivated and student-centered individual to serve as the Student Success Specialist, Sr. for the Graduation Project. This role focuses on re-engaging students who have previously stopped out, supporting their return, and guiding them toward degree completion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing targeted initiatives that promote student reenrollment and success. Serving as the primary point of contact for internal coordination, this position will work on recruitment and retention efforts related to the Graduation Project.
This role will work closely with key units within Enrollment Management—including Admissions, Registration, Scholarships and Financial Aid—as well as collaborate extensively with academic advisement and student support services across the institution. Additionally, the Student Success Specialist, Sr. will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data related to program activities to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree; at least 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
