This is an on-call, event/building attendant position with flexible scheduling opportunities and is a non-benefits eligible position.
The Alumni Association is looking for a personable, reliable, highly motivated individual to serve as an ambassador for the organization and the University as a whole.
The employee oversees the events taking place at the UNM Alumni Association's Hodgin Hall Alumni Center and the Alumni Memorial Chapel. The employee will be responsible for opening and closing the facility and remain onsite while the reserved event is taking place. The employee will work closely with the manager of Hodgin Hall and the Alumni Memorial Chapel, and will serve as the on-site host for events, ensuring A/V setup, building access, and vendor coordination are all handled smoothly. They will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, serving as a professional and responsive point of contact for clients and guests during events. The employee works scheduled hours at specified events and must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Less than high school; no previous experience required.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
