The Information Technologies (IT) Applications Division is looking for an individual who can assist the Data Analytics and Reporting Team (DART) with a variety of tasks related to the applications, systems and databases that DART manages.
This individual will work closely with technical staff in troubleshooting issues related to operational applications and databases that support the reporting environment used at UNM. This individual will also assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation related to system processes and procedures, and assist with working on related service requests and projects that may require changes to reporting objects in the databases or troubleshoot data discrepancies. You must have a good attitude, great work ethic, and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). We are looking for a team player - personable, detail-oriented, self-sufficient person who can work with different people. This position will require an individual to be in an on-call rotation within the Applications division.

Bachelor's degree; at least 6 months of progressively responsible experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution and/or experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified may be interchangeable on a year-for-year basis.
