|Working Title||Program Coordinator|
|Position Summary||The Institute of Public Law (IPL) at the UNM School of Law is hiring a Program Coordinator to coordinate all day-to-day aspects of program activities for IPL’s Wild Friends program and Corinne Wolfe Center for Child and Family Justice. Duties are broad and include administrative and fiscal support (purchasing, budgeting, monitoring expenditures); scheduling and managing logistics for class visits, field trips, trainings, and meetings (registrations, contracting, finding meeting/training facilities); writing, editing, and coordinating development and distribution of educational and promotional materials and website updates; conducting program evaluations; collecting and analyzing program data; maintaining program records; and, in coordination with content experts, developing online learning modules for|
various audiences ranging from primary school students to judges, lawyers, and other professionals and volunteers involved in the child welfare and juvenile justice systems.

The position is a 9-month term, subject to renewal depending on funding.

- This position is represented by a labor union and is subject to the terms and conditions of the USUNM Collective Bargaining Agreement.
- If this position is assigned to the Athletics Department, either administratively or functionally, compliance with all NCAA rules and regulations is required.
High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
Experience with online and distance learning programs (especially Articulate Storyline, Quid Pro, and Adobe Connect),
Experience with UNM purchasing
