|Working Title||Program Planning Manager|
The UNM School of Law Clinical Law Programs train law students in basic lawyering skills through the representation of low-income clients and community outreach. The Medical Legal Alliance (“MLA”) is a program within the Law Clinic that provides children’s medical-legal resources throughout New Mexico. The Program Planning Manager will be the face of the Medical Legal Alliance, working in tandem with the Law Clinic, UNM Health Sciences Center professionals and pediatric clinicians. The successful candidate will oversee administrative, operational and budgetary activities for the Law Clinic’s MLA program. The Program Planning Manager will also undertake public outreach and community involvement initiatives. This position will be responsible for developing long-term grant funding opportunities.

|Conditions of Employment|
Successful completion of at least 60 college-level credit hours; at least 4 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Work experience in an academic and/or community services setting
- Possesses a professional demeanor, is productive and takes initiative
- Background in assessing outcomes and deliverables, and reporting in a public services
- Development work and long-term grant funding
- Demonstrated experience creating a network of community resources, preferably statewide in

- Background in conducting preliminary communications and outreach to a variety of
