High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

Evidence of knowledge of office management principles and procedures.Exhibit ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.Ability to obtain a UNM Pcard and evince general knowledge of purchasing and ability to think critically.Show knowledge of EMS and EMS Systems.Demonstrate ability to analyze situations as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Evince ability to make sound decisions using effective time management skills, good business acumen, and balanced administrative judgment. Illustrate ability to lead and train others.
