1. Continuously update the CHW/CPSW Opioid ECHO program curriculum according to the most up-to-date community health work and peer support standards. 2. Support and advise on the development of the program curriculum, according to area of expertise. This includes the utilization of the ECHO model during sessions, which includes using adult learning theory and session time for case-based discussions. a. This includes three, 1-hour pre-launch logistics meetings (to determine schedule, didactic content, and other logistical needs) and one, 1-hour pre-launch planning meeting (to determine availability and session flow). b. This includes attending the 15-minute pre-session Zoom meeting and the 15-minute post-session Zoom meeting, each session of the cohort. 3. Assist in the recruitment of recipient case studies for ECHO sessions. Hub team members play a role in soliciting cases from participants, via communications during ECHO sessions. a. This may include submitting patient cases for the cohort to discuss if participants are unable to submit cases of their own. 4. Participate in participant recruitment, which could include sending out flyers, sending personalized emails, and advertising the program in hub team members’ networks, not to exceed 4 hours, prior to the cohort starting date. 5. Attend a majority (>70%) of the 12 ECHO sessions held throughout the cohort. a. Construct and present newly made didactic slide sets to the cohort, depending on availability and expertise. 6. Routinely facilitate the ECHO sessions, including posing questions to participants, advising on cases, offering best practice suggestions, utilizing and modeling appropriate non-stigmatizing language, and monitoring the participants’ Zoom chat. 7. During the case presentations, summarizes the recommendations at the end of each discussion; documents the key recommendations from the team; and ensures that experts do not dominate the discussion time. 8. Finalize the curriculum and schedule of presenters for the term of this program. This may include making minor edits to pre-established curriculum when needed, not to exceed 1.5 hours of work per week. 9. Provide guidance, feedback, and lived expertise on treatment for addiction, social support, community health, substance use disorders.
